Shipping your package

Packages are usually shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment for the order.

They are shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Parcels can also be shipped via Colissimo and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it entails additional costs. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package.

We recommend that you group all your items into one order.

We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected. We do our best to deliver as soon as possible, thank you for your trust.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can within 15 days of purchase, return your package for a refund.

However, the costs of re-exports are your responsibility.
