The first step on the path to unlocking your potential, working with Deep Awakening will allow the release of our internal energies and to reconnect with our Guardian Angel.

Second step, reconnecting to the limitless of our potential and removing obstacles to its deployment.

This elixir alone can boost all the energetic practices taught at Hanka school. But used alone

it will allow awakening our dormant potential. This can of course be evolutionary depending on your level.

At each stage of the spiritual path, you could thus meditate with this elixir to awaken what is just to be

awakened.

Elixir of Knowledge

Third step, reconnecting to the higher mind, strengthening the Light of one's aura and receiving teachings.

Cycle Summary: Unlocking Your Potential

Here are the main lines of a cycle that can be done over several weeks, ideally 3. Then, you can also use the elixirs individually.

All elixirs being multi-user, several people can follow this cycle simultaneously.

- First week: two uses of Deep Awakening before ending the week with Golden Lemniscate.

- Second week: Same

- Third week: one use of Deep Awakening, one use of Golden Lemniscate then Elixir of Knowledge.

- Fourth week: one use of Deep Awakening, one use of Golden Lemniscate then Elixir of Knowledge.

It is possible to continue this cycle for 4 weeks, making a total cycle of 2 months.

Afterward, it is advised to use the trio once a month to continue to grow your potential.

You can also use each of these elixirs individually to benefit from their properties.
